Aileen Breland

Aileen Breland, 79, of Pelham passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Willson Hospice House in Albany.  Funeral services will be Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. Leroy Williams will officiate with interment to follow at Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Curtis Wall, Wesley Palmer, Craig Presley, Duane Bentley, Rick Winters and Ken Newton. Honorary pallbearers will be Sisters in Faith Sunday School Class where she was a member.  Born August 7, 1946, in Cairo, GA, she was the daughter of the late Irvin Egusta and Willa Belle Burt Palmer.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Pelham, and retired from Tyson Foods where she worked as a Switch Board Operator.  She is survived by her sister, Judith P. Sherrod, brother, Thomas (Tommy) Irvin Palmer both of Pelham, nieces and nephews, Kim Wall (Curtis), Wesley Palmer (Kristy) and Beth Palmer, great nieces and nephews, Tasha Wall, Trey Wall (Kaydee), Olivia Palmer, Noah Palmer, Silas Wall and River Wall.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister-in-law, Debbie Palmer.  The family will meet with friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM.
