Graveside funeral services for Charlotte Horne Bass, 80, of Albany will be held Friday, May 15, 2026 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery at 3:00PM. Rev. Nathan Fowler will officiate. Born November 26, 1945 in Pelham she was the daughter of the late Sam and Joy Whigham Horne. Mrs. Bass passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Wynfield Park in Albany. She was a retired carrier for Pony Express. She is survived by her children, Keith Mills (Lorraine) of Leesburg, Kevin Bass (Renee) of Jacksonville, grandchildren, MacKenzie Mills, Mason Wood, Brady Bass, and Madison Bass, and a sister Sandra Cooley.
