Funeral services for Clara Joyce Powell Watson, 88, of Eufaula , AL will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at  2:00PM at Pelham City Cemetery. Mrs. Watson passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at her daughters residence in Eufaula, AL. Born August 27, 1928 in Pelham she was the daughter of the late Mack Handley Powell and Lula Davis Powell.
