Funeral services for Dorothy Mae Bentley Grant, 89, of Pelham will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Matt Peek will officiate and interment will be in Pelham City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Jason Grant, Richard Grant, Matthew Grant, Adam Lavender, Gavin Bagby, Larry Yingling and Bill Walton. Born January 10, 1929 in Pelham she was the daughter of the late Ben Frank and Ruby Lee Miles Bentley. Mrs. Grant passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her residence. Mrs.Grant was a member of Pelham First Baptist Church. She was married for 65 years to Fred A. Grant, Sr. who preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Fred A. (Bert) Grant, Jr. (Dollie) of Pelham; daughter, Janet G. Grant of Pelham; son, J. Jeffery Grant (Becky) of Hahira; a sister, Margie B. Oppert of Glen Burnie, MD; and a brother, Roger Bentley (Susan) of Melbourne, Fl; grandchildren Chris Grant (Amber), Jason Grant (Jennifer), Richard Grant (Brittany), Laura Glover, Walter "Dusty" Gee, IV, Matthew Grant, step grandchildren Heather Fletcher (Robert), Kristy Lavender (Adam), Tabitha Tucker, Larry Yingling, Whitney Sharpe (Alex) and numerous great grandchildren The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 5:00-7:00PM.  Friends may sign the online guestbook at www.willisjamersonbraswell.com   Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home, Pelham
