Memorial services for Evie Pollock, 79, of Pelham will be Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 12:30PM at Union Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Doug Hall will officiate. Born August 5, 1942 in Mitchell Co she was the daughter of the late John Hezekiah and Emma Jewel Pollock Holton. Mrs. Pollock passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. She was a retired hair dresser and member of Union Grove Baptist Church. She was married to Eugene Coy Pollock who preceded her in death on January 12, 2021. She is survived by her children, Corlis Pollock Adams (Don) of Ocala, Fl; Carla Pollock Meadows (Ray) of Hartsfield; Karl Pollock and Carey Pollock of Pelham; Grandchildren, Jana Cedeno, Derek Meadows, Casey Pollock, Hannah Pollock, and Cody Pollock, Five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and a sister, Beverly Palmer (Wayne). She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Craig Pollock, sisters, Daphine Holton, Julia Nelms, Zula Holton and Sarah Bishop, brothers, Tommy Holton and Wilson Holton. The family will receive friends at the Church from 11:30AM-12:30PM on Sunday. Memorial may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Union Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
