Geraldine Chambless

Funeral services for Geraldine Logue Chambless, 81, of Camilla will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Doug Hall and Rev. Steve Wooten will officiate and interment will be in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery. Born May 3, 1937 in Mitchell County she was the daughter of the late Olon Franklin and Anna Bell Logue. She passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at Mitchell Convalescent Center in Camilla. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and a retired bank teller for P&C Bank in Camilla. On February 14, 1959 she married Robert Eugene Chambless who survives of Camilla. Other survivors include Craig Chambless (Lisa) of Pelham;  Granddaughters Allison Chambless  (Fiancee’ Paul Rowland) of Alpharetta and Anna Gray (Blake) of Camilla; Brothers, Hilmon Logue of Pelham;  Bernard (Bo) Logue of Pelham; Sisters, Montine Webb of Pelham; Joan Price of Jacksonville;  and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Edmond Logue. Pallbearers will be Jerome Chason, David Rackley, Chris Anglin, Joey Faircloth, Miles Logue, and Gus Jackson.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home. Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home, Pelham
