Jack L Strickland

Jack Strickland, 75, of Camilla passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Services will be held Monday, March 1, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.  Rev. Les Pollock will officiate. Services will conclude at the funeral home.  Born November 22, 1945 in Mitchell County, he was the son of the late Roscoe Strickland and Mary Turner Strickland, who survives.  Mr. Strickland was a Sergeant in the Boot Factory at Autry State Prison.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Lyndona Barefoot (Scott) and Marilark Murray (Roger); grandchildren Calvin Barefoot, Nikki Barefoot, Shannon Barefoot, Teagan Barefoot, and Jackson Murray; great grandchildren Amelia Green and Lillian Green; brothers and sisters, Betty Palmer, Phillip Strickland, Sandra White and Linda White.  He was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Suzanne Williford Strickland.
