James Frederick "Freddie" Martin

James Frederick "Freddie" Martin, 79, of Camilla passed away Monday, September 21, 2026 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born October 29, 1946 in Thomasville he was the son of the late James Jacklyn and Minnie Lee Curles Martin. He was a farmer. Mr. Martin was married to Larkie Williford Martin for 52 years of Camilla who survives. Other survivors include his daughter, Amanda Watts (Mathew) of Leesburg; nieces, Marilark Murray (Roger) of Calhoun, GA; Lundonna Barefoot of Bainbridge; grandchildren, Jacob, Alyssa, and Luke Watts of Leesburg and Teagan and Shannon Barefoot of Bainbridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Leeland Martin, Janice Gummel, Mary Alice Butler, Sylvia Tyson, Grady Martin, Mabel Hazel and Charlotte Saety.
