Jane Sanders

Funeral services for Jane Sanders, 77, of Pelham will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 3:00PM at Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church. Elder Jimmy Smith will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Bentley, Shane Bentley, Brian Warren, Tyler Walker, Greg Bullows and Joey Castillo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Eric Owings, Jonathan Fallin and Stephen Williams. Born May 9, 1941 in Whigham she was the daughter of the late Leon and Jewel Godwin Andrews.  Mrs. Sanders passed away Thursday, November 8, 2019 at Mitchell County Hospital. She was retired from Crop Production where she was the office manager, a member of Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church and played piano at the nursing home. She was married for 47 years to John R. (Bobby) Sanders who survives. Other survivors include her daughter-in-law, Jeanne Winkler of Boone, NC; daughters, Kim Ellis (John) of Blountstown, FL; Marsha Green (Jeff) of Climax; Michelle Ligouri (Kenny) of Cairo; Maria Sanders of Thomasville; three step-daughters, Judy Gleason of Covington, KY; Barbara Sanders of Sopchoppy, FL; and Lucretia Thomas (Chuck) of Woodville, FL; grandchildren, Stephen Williams of Boone, NC; Eric Owings of Tallahassee; Leslie Lawhon of Middle Island, NY; Darrell Bentley of Bainbridge; Shae Bentley Bullows of Perry; Shane Bentley of Hendersonville, NC; Jonathan Fallin of Kennesaw; Brian Warren of Vada; Tyler Walker of Bainbridge and Faith Walker of Thomasville; and eleven Great Grandchildren and a brother and sister-in-law, Audrey Andrews, Jr. (Judy). She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Andy Williams; and grandson, Brian Christopher Owings. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home
