Judy Ann Hornsby Daughtry

Funeral services for Judy Ann Daughtry (Mam), 82, of Meigs will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jameson-Braswell Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Donnie Wilkes and Rev. Gerald Willis will officiate and interment will be in Mizpah Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Albury, Tony Kirsh, Scotty Lineback, Jonathan Anderson, Richie Lineback and Jaxton Anderson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnie Wilkes, Trey Harrell, Aaron Taylor. Born December 25, 1942 in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Carrie L. Warren Hornsby. Mrs. Daughtry passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Willson House Hospice. She was a member of the Meigs Assembly and retired human resource officer with Kmart. She was married to William Irving Daughtry of Meigs who survives. Other survivors include her children, Teresa Brooks, Jack Litteral, William Litteral (Bubba), Shawn Harrell, Anna Woodward, Kim Swisher (Chris) and Monica Dilley (Jerry); grandchildren, Randy Albury, Tony Kirsh, Jonathan Anderson, Nikki Lawson, Jessica Litteral, Trey Harrell and Lauren Harrell; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews; sisters and brothers, Janice Taylor (Alvin), Jean Coggins and Jack Hornsby (Pacita). She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers and sisters, Jim Hornsby, Jerry Hornsby and Doris Johnson. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00PM.
