Graveside funeral services for Larry Neal Thornton, II, 62, of Pelham will be held Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 2:00PM at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Doug Hall will officiate. Born February 12, 1964 in Miami he was the son of Larry Thornton (Patricia) of Albany and Carolyn Paite Thornton of Pelham who survives. He was a contractor and helped build many JC Penney buildings including the Albany location and was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. Other survivors include his sister, Rhonda Thornton Tedder (Bobby) of Leesburg; a brother, Curtis Randall Thornton of Pelham; a niece, Leah McCrary (Skyler); great niece, London Olivia York and great nephew, Marchant Paite McCrary.Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home, Pelham
