Margaret Parramore Norman, daughter of the late Odell and Pearl Parramore was born on March 21, 1935 and entered the arms of Jesus on April 30, 2026. Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry Norman, her second husband, Wayne Williams, and her daughter, Susan Cox. Brothers: Dell Parramore, W.R. Parramore Sisters: Doris Edmisten, Maggie Parramore She is survived by her son, Keith Norman (Linda), her daughter Karen Allen (Scott), Son in law, Durrel Cox, Stepchildren: Paula Stevens (Bill), Debbie Salgado (Lee) She was the proud and loving Grandmother to Celeste Little (Mike), Brandon Cox (Elise), Natalie Daniel (Wes), Will Norman (Jessie), Jenna D'Amico (Kevin), and Kayli Allen. Stepgrandchildren: Robby Willis, Maria Free (Matthew), Eric Salgado (Ingrid) and Candace Palmacci (Joe). She was also blessed with great grandchildren; Ayla Little, Ansley Little, Luke Daniel, Aurabelle Daniel, Alice Cox, Addilyn Norman, Wren Norman, Gibson Cox, Audrey Norman and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pelham, where she served on the benevolence committee. She taught Sunday School for over 60 years throughout her life. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who found her greatest joy in being surrounded by her family. Family gatherings and time spent with those she loved the most were especially dear to her heart. She was the first female in the Cairo Rotary Club and retired with 22 years as manager from Farm Credit of Cairo. Above all, Margaret was deeply devoted to Christ. Her strong faith guided her life, sustained her through trials, and shaped the way she loved and served others. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and unwaivering love that will continue through generations. Pallbearers are: Kevin Dawson, Greg Norman, Brandon Cox, Will Norman, Mike Little and Wes Daniel. Honorary Pallbearers: First Baptist Church of Pelham Grace Bible Sunday School Class. The family will receive visitors at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home on Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral will be held at the First Baptist Church of Pelham on May 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Leroy Williams and Rev. Dennis Norman will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Pelham or a charity of your choice.
