Maria Shea Johnson, 39, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at her home in Livingston, TX. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 at 3:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 1:00-3:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Maria was a member of First Baptist Church. Maria was a graduate of the class of 1996 at Pelham High School and then began pursuing a career in nursing. Maria’s Passion in life was her daughter. Chloe and her love for nursing. The Rev. Matt Peek and Rev. David Pickering will officiate. Pallbearers will be Casey Russ, Rusty Davis, Brandon Rogers, Michael Everson, Josh Wiggins and Jonah Adams. Survivors include her daughter, Chloe Rose Johnson, her mother, Tesa P. Barron of Pelham, her father, Samuel D. Johnson (Lajuane) of Livingston, TX; two brothers, John Rufus Barron of Ochlocknee; Dustin Johnson of Houston, TX and Granny Merle L. Porter of Pelham. She was preceded in death by her granddaddy, Andrew J. (Jack) Porter, Curtis E. Johnson, Granny Susan S. Brooks and Step-Granddaddy, “Paw Paw” Frank Brooks; Great Grandparents, Rufus L. and Audrey G.
