Funeral services for Melanie Lyn Braswell, 54, of Chattanooga formally of Pelham will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 3:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jason Owens, Tyler York, Ken Glass, Jock Baugh, Anthony Burt and Trey Cacciatore . Melanie passed away Monday, September 11, 2023. Born March 7, 1969 in Albany, she was the daughter of the late William Hammond Braswell (Billy) and Harriet Glass. She was a retail clerk with Americas Thrift Store and former Secretary a Braswell Funeral Home. She is survived by her sister, Shannon Williams of Chattanooga, TN; brother Jason Owens of Atlanta and Will Braswell of Baton Rouge, LA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00-3:00PM.
