Funeral services for Nan Chapman, 86, of Pelham will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church Pelham. Rev. Leroy Williams and Tommy McDonald will officiate and interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Deacons of First Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers and Honorary pallbearers will be the Grace Ladies Sunday School Class. Born August 29, 1939 in Walhalla, SC she was the daughter of the late Edward D. and Dezzie Bottoms Camp. Mrs. Chapman passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025 at her residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church Pelham and Bookkeeper for Chapman Plumbing. She was married for 60 years to Denzil Chapman who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Jodie McDonald (Tommy) of Pelham; grandchildren, Meredith Rainey (Carlisle) of Tallahassee; Ryan McDonald (Ashley) of Quincy, Fl; Katie Madray (Mark) of TYTY, GA; great grandchildren, Robby Rainey, Chapman Rainey, June Johnson Rainey and Ward Madray; a sister, Hazel Davis of Auburndale, FL; Sister-in-Laws, Dazie Shiver of Camilla: Mary Chapman of Camilla; and Shirley Camp of Auburndale, Fl; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Todd Chapman and brothers, Eddie Camp and Terry Camp. The family will receive friend at the Church on Saturday from 10:30-11:00AM.
