Peggy Lynn Norton Hendley

Peggy Lynn Norton Hendley, 70, of Meigs passed away May 21, 2026 at Her residence. Born July 25, 1955 in Albany she was the daughter of the late Doug and Francis Alligood Norton. She was a retired sitter, sitting with many sick and elderly people. She is survived by her sons, Andrew Hendley (Angela) of Leesburg, GA; Michael Scott Hendley, Sr., (Rebecca) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Alexis Denino of Atlanta; Jacob Hendley of Charlotte, NC; Michael Scott Hendley, Jr., of Tennessee; and Megan Hendley; sisters, Kathy English of Meigs; Michelle Evans of Florida and Sue Beasley of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Weigand. No services will be held at this time. The interment will be in Meigs Sunset Cemetery.
