Robert Clarence Fowler

Funeral services for Robert C. Fowler, 74, of Sale City will be held Wednesday, August 26,2026, at 1:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. Randall Kennedy will officiate and interment will be at Sale City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tony Joiner, Russell Sanders, Joshua Fowler, Matt Phillips, Mike Roberson, and Bill Weldon. He was retired from Equity Feed mill in Camilla and of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Fowler was born October 30, 1951, in Cordele he was the son of the late Andrew Jackson and Clara Bell Johnson Fowler. He passed away Saturday, August 22, 2026 at his residence. He was married to Wanda Jean Gilmore Fowler of Sale City who survives. Other survivors include son, Robert Andrew Fowler (Samantha) of Pendagrass, GA; daughter, Cynthia Christine Desimone (Chris) of Macon; grandchildren, Callie Elizabeth Fowler, Ruthie Fowler, and grandson, Joshua Fowler; siblings, Betty Shortes, Jackie Hall and Donald Fowler. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, William (Billy) Fowler, Evelyn Watson, Helen Reed, Dorothy Bratcher, Doris Joiner and Carolyn Ratliff. The family will receive friends at the funeral home and hour prior to the service.
