Roy William Skipper, Jr.

Memorial services for Roy Skipper, 79, of Cotton will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 12:00PM at Burns Memorial Methodist Church. William Lee will officiate. Born September 29, 1942 he was the son of the late Roy William Skipper, Sr and Toy Hatcher. Mr. Skipper passed away Monday, February 7, 2022 at his residence. He was a member of the IBEW Union and retired electrician with Miller Brewing Company. He is survvied by his wife of 27 years, Rebecca Joelynn Williams (Sue) of Cotton. Other survivors include three daughters, Vonda Hobbs of Panama City, Fl; Rhonda Shaffer of Macon; Tina Herndon of Calhoun;  sons, Torrey Skipper (Susan) of Winter Haven, Fl;  William Lee of Cotton; Woody Lee (Dena) of St. Louis, MO;  Clay lee of Baconton; daughter, Brandi Eddings (Gene) of Coolidge; sister, Laverne Glass of Camilla; Jean Hall of The Villages, Fl; Anne Morrison of The Villages, Fl; Janice Washington of Sylvester; grandchildren, Jordan and McKenzie Skipper, Cameron Skipper, Cain Smith, Tristen Smith, Sandra Eddings, Charlie eddings, Great Grandchildren, Becca Smith Bayli McDaniels and Kobe McDaniels.
