Sallie Ruth Cameron

Mrs. Sallie Cameron, 73, of Pelham passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at Mitchell County Hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 20, 2015 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Ed Green will officiate and interment will be at Mt. Olive Church Cemetery. Born August 22, 1941 in Thomasville she was the daughter of the late John B. Clark and Ruby Irene Clark. She was a member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She was retired from the Pelham School System in the lunch room. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Carlis Cameron of Pelham; two sons, Ricky Cameron and Jerry Cameron both of Pelham; two sisters, Mary Lee of Thomasville and Virginia Donalson of Ochlocknee; two grandsons, Ben and Caleb Cameron of Pelham and a granddaughter, Macy Cameron of Pelham and one great granddaughter, Destiney Rorie Ann Pritchard of Pelham. She was preceded in death by Parents John B. Clark and Ruby Irene Clark. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 6:00-8:00PM.
