Rebecca "Sue" Joelyn Skipper, 75, of Cotton passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Archbold Living-Camilla. Funeral service will be Friday, December 5, 2025 at 2:00PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home with interment in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Lynn Roberts will officiate and pallbearers will be Cain Smith, Tristan Smith, Claye McCook, Justin Sealy, Heath Hayes and Austin Walker. Born July 23, 1950 in Pelham, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Williams and Gertrude Harvey Williams. She was a Daycare Provider for many children in the Mitchell County area and was a member of Burns Memorial Community Church in Cotton. She is survived by her children, William Lee of Cotton, Linwood "Woody" Lee (Dena) of Cotton, Brandi Lee Eddings (Gene) of Coolidge and Clay Lee of Lester; grandchildren Cain Smith, Sandra Davis, Tristan Smith, Gene "Charlie" Eddings, III, Lindsay Brown and Natasha Whitlock; great grandchildren Rebecca Smith, Bayli McDaniels, Kobe McDaniels, Carson Brown, Mason Bakies, Scarlett Bakies, Nova Bakies, Selena Flores, Hayden McLauglin, and Aubrey Burton; brother Mike Williams of South Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews; and special to her heart, the Whitston and Hayes children along with many other children that were a major part of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Hurman Lee, her 2nd husband Roy Skipper, and two brothers Donnie Williams and Shane Williams. The family will meet with family and friends on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 6:00-8:00PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.
