Timothy E. Casteel, 62, of Pelham passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his residence. Born November 29, 1955 in West Palm Beach, Fl he was the son of the late Timothy Earl, Sr. and Ardella June Ball Schminder. He was a Gunsmith and Truckdriver.
