Trey Wood

Funeral services for Trey Colby Wood, 36, of Baconton will be held Friday, August 8, 2025 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. David Pickering will officiate and interment will be in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Wood, Jr., Michael Wood, John Cave, Steven Guerrero, Chris woods and Duain Lasseter.  He was an air conditioning Technician and Diesel Mechanic. Born June 30, 1989 in Albany he was the son of Gary, Sr. and Angela Wood who  survives. Mr. Wood passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 in Sumter County. He was married to Audrey Hall Wood who survives. Other survivors include his children, Colby Wood, Zandur Wood, Aria Wood, Tinzley Wood, Willow Wood and Jase Olliff; four brothers, Gary Wood, Jr. (Sheila), Michael Wood (Tiffany), John Cave, and Steven Guerrero (Gabby) and sister, Crystal Harrell (Carson Williams), Grandparents, Lamar Hanna and Bonnie Hanna and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandparents, James Edward Wood (Irma), two uncles, James Wood and Larry Wood and great grandmother, Minnie Bullington. The family will receive friends on Friday and hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
